		<description>As a lifelong Kentuckian, I can honestly say that this is one of my favorite &quot;sandwiches&quot; of all time.  If I go to a restaurant that has it on the menu, I almost always order it.  It is too rich to eat very often, but it is oh so good!!  Good job on recreating it!</description>
