This past Christmas the wife and I were at her company Christmas dinner and on the restaurant's menu was, yep, shrimp n grits. I figured since her boss was paying, I might as well try em. One bite and I was hooked! These look exactly like what I had in the restaurant and I'm pretty sure I'll be making them this week! Thank YOU SOOOO much for posting this recipe!
