		<description>first off, the meat thermometer is a great idea! as a vegetarian i am always afraid i am undercooking my hubby&#039;s chicken. and this recipe looks wonderful. i am all for adding more yogurt in his diet and removing the usual egg for coating. plus, it is baked and not fried! so many good things in one recipe! thanks.</description>
