My Grandmother makes the same thing, but instead of pesto she puts sausage in there, like the Jimmy Dean that you cut open and has about the consistency of ground beef?? You know what I mean? Anyway, she rolls out the rolls, pats sausage over the whole thing and then bakes according to the crescent directions. EVERYONE loves these for breakfast! I don’t know how the don’t turn out greasy or gross, but they just don’t!
